Cancellation Policy

1. Role of EnoTourismClub

EnoTourismClub ("ETC") operates exclusively as an intermediary platform connecting independent service providers — including wineries, restaurants, tour organizers, hotels and other tourism operators (the "Providers") — with end consumers. ETC does not own, operate or directly deliver any of the experiences listed on the platform.

2. Provider-Governed Cancellation Terms

Consequently, the cancellation and refund policy applicable to any booking is governed solely by the specific terms and conditions established by the individual host or tour organizer. Detailed information regarding cancellation windows, administrative fees, and refund eligibility is provided during the booking process for each specific activity.

By finalizing a reservation, the user acknowledges and accepts the Provider's specific cancellation terms.

3. Bookings Requiring Host Confirmation

Some experiences require the host to confirm your booking rather than confirming it instantly — this is shown clearly, before you pay, on the activity and checkout pages. For these bookings your card is only held, not charged, while the host decides. The host must accept or decline within 24 hours, and you are only charged if they accept.

If the host declines, or does not respond within 24 hours, the booking is automatically cancelled and the hold on your card is released, with no action required on your part. You are not charged. Depending on your bank, the hold can remain visible on your statement for a few days before it disappears.

4. How to Cancel a Booking

1. Sign in and open the booking from your Customer Dashboard.
2. Select Cancel trip. The system will display the Provider's applicable terms and any refund amount calculated under those terms.
3. Confirm the cancellation. Where a refund is due, it is processed automatically.

If you cannot access your account, contact info@enogastrotourism.com with your booking reference.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is due under the Provider's terms, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any foreign-exchange differences that may appear on your statement are determined by your card issuer and fall outside ETC's control.

6. Cancellations Initiated by the Provider

In the event the Provider cancels a confirmed booking, the user is entitled to the remedy specified in the Provider's terms (typically a full refund or rescheduling). ETC will assist in coordinating the refund or, where possible, identifying an alternative experience.

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision is inconsistent with the Provider's published terms, contact us within 14 days of the experience date at info@enogastrotourism.com. This Cancellation Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.
